UPCOs will be service projects that will begin implementation in 2025. The goal of the UPCO project is to build unity in conservation and the outdoors between community members and their state agencies. The cumulative service projects will engage often underrepresented members of the outdoor community with their state agencies to build bridges of communication and understanding.
